2 years in & love my refillable candle!
I purchased my Notes refill system in Oct ‘22 (almost 2 years ago) and use it almost daily. I love having a low-waste candle option that I can feel good about. I cannot recommend this company enough and buy the refill system for friends and family all the time!!
I’ve gone through one silicone insert and customer service kindly replaced it when it tore with no hassle or fee. It is a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to pack in the wax beads, but I typically fill halfway, tamp down with my fingers, fill the rest of the way, and tamp down again.
When I first purchased, they didn’t have that many scents but continue to release more. I love the light pink and light orange packages (can’t remember the names) along with the pumpkin & turmeric one. So convenient that you can setup a subscription for a scent you love.
If I had one suggestion it would be for Notes to have a seasonable refill subscription so they send 1x per month a different scent depending on the time of year. I would immediately sign up for that.
